1. What is the dress code? Black formal attire, tux or suit for men, black coats ONLY. For the ladies, black formal or gowns ONLY. (please do not wear any colors, black & white only.)

2. What time should I arrive? Ceremony starts at 4:30pm. We recommend arriving at 4:15pm to allow time for seating.

3. Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location? Yes! The ceremony and reception will both take place at Hartley Botanica.

4. Is there parking available? Yes, free parking is available at the venue.

5. Are children invited? This will be an adult only celebration.

6. Will there be a Money Dance? YES!!

7. What airports are nearby? The closest airports are: Santa Barbara Airport, San Luis Obispo Airport and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

8. Are there hotel accommodations? Yes. We have reserved a room block at Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Camarillo for our guests. Please book by September 9, 2026 to receive the discounted rate.

9. What will the weather be like? October in this area typically has mild temperatures in the 60s-70s. We recommend bringing a light layer for the evening. Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoor.

10. Will transportation be provided? Transportation will not be provided, so we recommend arranging rides in advance if needed. There are Ubers in the area.

11. How Far Is the Venue from the Hotel? The Venue is about 20 minutes from the hotel with the room block.

12. Can I bring a plus one? Due to space limitations, only guests listed on the invitation are invited.

13. When should I RSVP by? Please RSVP by time specified by couple, so we can finalize arrangements with our vendors.

14. Do you have a registry? Your presence is the greatest gift! If you wish to contribute, we have a honeymoon fund!
